Thanks for the link, Rajan, as I seem have fallen down the rabbit hole looking into how to purchase the four monograph series (Witherill's "Chariots of Desire" next, and the rest TBD). Not a word searching the LuLA site/store could I find, and the publisher's name had slipped my mind. At any rate, here's the proper link, as the one in Pindelski's review is not to LensWork's site:

Having spent a couple of years in Mexico, and several weeks in SMA with old friends who retired there years ago, Mexico has been one of my favorites. And Michael's images from the SMA area have always been a winter highlight.

My Mexico Monograph was only available to Lenswork subscribers.

But, it will be available again to those who make a contribution to my new not-for-profit fund for grants to photographers.

Details on this, as well as my new 400 page 20 Year Retrospective book in a few weeks.
