Non-random nozzle dropout on 7600

I have noticed a pattern in the location of dropouts in the nozzle check of my 7600. If they occur they are almost always in the lowest line and here they take the most work to clear. As the printout is upside down I assume the lowest line is printed by the top nozzles. I suppose through gravity you might expect these to dry-up first or is there something else going on?

I'm unsure which orientation you're talking about, but check that the wiper blade is moving across the full nozzle plate. If it gets stuck halfway down the rail, then it's only cleaning 1/2 the print head. Which could cause nozzle drop on lower end of the nozzle plate. This happens on several models.
