I expect "Cooter" has tried. Send him a PM - he's usually very helpful.

Thank you Edmund

I've had a mooch around and it can happen with original software.Unfortunately by updating software on viewer 2 you lose the ability to capture (you have to email Oly to get studio2 software)
I think simplest way to view on larger screen is by using an eyefi card

Having said all this, I'm liking just shootin and looking later to see what surprises there might be.
A little like shooting 35mm back when.

It's probably been said before but these (compact) cameras are the new 35mm

He loves the camera, but I seem to recall that was an aspect that he thought needed sorting.

If you can tether, let me know because I can't, with the em-1 or em-5, not professionally and with stability.

I went as far as trying eye-fi cards, both the pros and the easier ones (none are easy to set up) and they just don't work for me that well, nothing I could use in production.

These little cameras are nice, sometimes fun, the oly and panas very well built, but they're not professional cameras.   The sensors are small and when you work a file deep you notice it.

The lens in the medium focal length range (primes) are fast enough considering a 1.7 is really a 3.5 in ff world, but anything 2.8 is 5.6 and for a lot of use that's just too much pull.

I'd love these little cameras to work for everything I do, they don't but I like them.  The em-1 is a better camera than the em-5 the em-5 shoots a prettier file, but you got it right.

Shoot it like film, look at it later and they ok.

At least the gh3 is really a good little videocam.

I ain't going there! ( unless it can be bought off the shelf)
