This chap seems to be in a zone that ordinary folk don't inhabit - hence the tape cutting him off from the rest of  humanity, and him from them.

A good shot, Seamus. In a photojournalistic sense. My "fine art" inclination, however, would like to see the main points emphasized. To that end, I would significantly darken the image outside the red lines and inside the red oval, leaving just the main characters and the tape highlighted. I understand that a fine art version might not be your cup of tea, however.
