Spectraview issue - solved
« on: May 29, 2014, 08:15:28 am »

I had this odd issue where the program would spend a long time trying to set white balance then quite and say the monitor was uncalibrated. Oddly it happened only with my PA301W and now with my LCD2690, which would calibrate fine. I spent a while with NEC level 2 support and they finally concluded that it was likely the sensor in my puck having gone bad. Sure enough, new puck, problem gone.
