BINGO. This is the correct answer.
This is the Vito BL, mine is the one with the Color-Skopar 50mm f3.5 lens, and regular glass-window view finder. You can tell from the thickness of the top silver section. Bright view finder is thicker. and also the built-in light meter which you saw in the first picture.
Depending on your film speed, you choose one of the scales: B, C, D, E, F or G by turning the dial seen in the second picture. This will put corresponding numbers in the light meter next to the needle. You take that value to the front of the lens to decide the correct aperter/shutter combinations for the situation.
I really like the coupled aperture/shutter mechanism found in some of these VITO's (not all of them are coupled).
