It comes with the adapter for Canon 5D cameras. This turns your DSLR into a full view camera setup, lots of smooth geared movements.
The camera is in excellent clean condition with minor wear only. All movements are smooth, all locks are tight. Supplied with a copal #0 recessed lens board and protected in a pelican style case.
This is a versatile setup, you could also add a rear format frame for using with digital backs in the future.
