Erik Johansson  is a talented and creative guy...it's quite an honor to speak at a TED conference.

The key to Erik's work is his attention to detail (perspective and lighting) as well as his creative mind–picking the assembled images to create. If you like Erik's work also check out Glen Wexler's work.

One of the advantages both have is excellent production values (meaning having the resources to do an assembly very well).

That's what I used to do...now, I kind like getting an image with less elements and a bit more pure photography (largely because I don't have clients willing to pay me obscene amounts of money to product fantasy, surreal images any more).

I know Glen pretty well (prolly on one the best ever in LA) and I "think" I've met Erik Johansson...also very creative and accomplished.
