My P45+ works fine. But I bought it used and needed some stuff like finder mask and an additional sync cable. I contacted a major distributor who was listed as a Phase One dealer, but they never heard about viewfinder masks. That said, they were very helpful and asked me to contact D3Image here in Sweden. D3Image promptly sent me a few viewfinder masks and a sync cable. The package with the viewfinder mask was open, so I got reduced price.
Than I needed a wakeup cable. D3Image delivered promptly!
A bad thing is that it seems Phase One sync cables are of disputable quality. My is essentially broken and the wake up cable had a bad fit, which I could fix with a sharp knife. I posted D3Image and asked them for a new sync cable. They sent me two and charging for one only. Seems to me to be a good company.
