Found: Sinar eMotion adapter for Rolleiflex HY6

I'm looking for adapter for Sinar eMotion 75LV digital back to Rolleiflex HY6 camera.
Preferably in good to excellent condition and together with mask and screws.

I can trade Rolleiflex HY6 45 degree prism or Magazin 4560 (only magazine, no adapter frame) or both for it (with cash difference).
