Hi,
I want to try cyanotype printing from my digital files, and want to print the necessary negatives. I've got access to an Epson 9880, or a Canon Pixma Pro-10.
What kind of media would you recommend for this purpose? 'Original' Epson/Canon – or just any acetate type material?
I couldn't find any A2-sized material so far – does it not exist for inkjet printing?
Also: How important do you think is the printer's "light black ink" facility for this kind of purpose? (I'm guessing that it doesn't matter too much, since there's probably some blooming/"light leaking" during the contacting process).
Thanks a lot for your help!
