Taken last summer. First light on the Ardeche River at the Pont d'Arc.

I like it a lot. The light is perfect and the lingering fog add something interesting to this photo.

Did you take the shot from a kayak?

Great location! Lovely moment. Consider slightly darkening the top left sunlit rock to "contain" wandering eyes.

Thank you Terry for the darkening suggestion. Once seen it becomes obvious. I was standing on the bank very early in the morning hoping for someone to come down the river and behold a canoe. This is the same location Vallon Pont d'Arc  as an earlier shot of mine " two lovers" taken the previous evening and it shows just how different a place can look with different light direction.

Have you thought about cropping a good portion of the bottom? I like reflections, but the center of visual interest seems to be the people and the surrounding rock structures.

I agree with Richard and possibly a little more saturation? Overall a nice image that has possibilities for different interpretations?  :)
