Print Output on an Epson 7900

To All,

Print output size differs from what the file a is saved at. For instance, when printing a 6x9 image, a 6.25 x 9.25 image is output. This is unaffected by changes in resolution. Also, the print output size is to long. For instance, when an 10x12 is programmed in, a 10x13 3/8 is output. The image remains centered. I have reloaded the drivers twice with no success. I am using PS CS6 on an Early 2008 Mac Pro running OSX 10.9.2 and printing on Epson Premium Luster 10x100 Roll Paper using Epson HDR Inks.  Thank you in advance.

Screen prints of print dialog box might help. Looking for things like: "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" etc.

Hi Mick,

One question - have you created "custom paper sizes" in the print driver?  If so I might have an answer to your problem.  Otherwise, along with the suggestions from jferrari, have you checked to make sure the output is set to 100%.  That's near the bottom of the driver dialog.  Probably not a contributing factor, just asking.  Let me know about the "custom sizes".

We had a breakthrough. I went into Print Settings and selected 10x12 in (Roll Paper-Borderless Banner)and output a print to where the image size was 6X9, but the print size output was 10X13 3/8. Here is a capture of the Settings in Preset. I will try not to burden with too many screen captures.
