Which lens versions?
Not much difference on the "D" version for the Phase 35mm D, but supposedly tighter quality control (variance) and better lens coatings.
120mm D?
Which 150mm? D series or LS? or original older AF?

I don't see that as a "fair trade" imo.
Maybe if the 150 was also a D series or LS lens....
