Replacement for Canon G11

The G11 has been my "pocket" camera for a few years now. I chose it because of its good optics, RAW capability, and compactness. Time for an upgrade as the camera is starting to act a bit flaky and is, I expect, rather limited compared to modern offerings. Any recommendations? Needs to be significantly more compact that a Panasonic G3 to meet my needs.

If you already have m4/3 lenses the new Panny GM1 might work, it's tiny compared to a G3. No VF though.
