Phase One Firmware help

I am trying and trying to download the new Phase One firmware download onto my IQ180 back, but cannot seem to get it to work, no matter how I try.
Are there any step by step instructions anywhere that would guide me through the process?
My searches have not found any results yet- I am getting desperate!

I did it the old fashioned way:  downloaded the FW to my computer, copied to a CF card, and then installed from the card.

John, depending on what firmware version you're at you only be able to use native FireWire (not via a thunderbolt adapter or USB) or CF card.

If you're still having issues contact your phase one dealer.
