I messed up my view mode on CC

This must be simple but can someone please tell me how to get my View back to a less confusing situation. I have added a screen grab showing Lightroom in the background and Photoshop in the foreground. I think I must have screwed up because for the past few weeks I've been forced to go: Photoshop>View>Screen Mode>Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar.  But I'm sure I can simplify this so I only see the Photoshop presentation.

Not exactly sure what you're asking but try Window Menu>Application Frame. Is that what you're trying to do?
