I'm relatively new to printing and the proud new owner of the Canon Pixma Pro-10 and Lucia PGI-72 ink set. I've recently experimented with a number of different paper types from Canson, Hahnemuhle and Ilford and found Canson's smooth, matte Arches Velin Museum Rag (250) coupled with my inks to be a killer combo! I'm largely a fan of a matte surface for much of my "fine art" imagery, but I'm wondering...
Is there a specific paper type that's considered most desirable for landscape photography prints? If so, would you be so kind as to pass along a recommendation or two?
