To my taste I would open the shadows on the river bed and the leading lines deeper towards mountains (just up from the river to the left) that part of the image needs to tell more of the story

Hi Matt. Thanks for a critique. I actually did that on purpose and I may have done it too much. The first time I blended the image it was too perfect that it looked flat so I dodged the sky around the mountain tops. I'll tone it down but won't completely get rid of it. Thanks man.

The only thing I would improve about it is the haloing around the mountains.  There's a visible glow from them into the sky.  Other than that, I love it!

Slight haloing around the mountains plus the sky has a little too much cyan in it for my tastes. 99/100

Late to the party, sorry!

With so many accolades, I'll skip right to nitpicks:

1. Composition: leading lines from the foreground lead... out of the image (curving to the left)
2. Sky too cyan and too bright (at least relative to the rest of the image)
3. Halo along the ridge line too visible
4. Clouds too dark/dramatic, relative to the sky/foreground
5. Foreground tonality, in the lower half, about right... however, as the ridge line meets the sky, it should become progressively darker than the foreground, not lighter, otherwise it looks like a cutout
