I think its a nice shot.
It might profit from a tighter crop to stress the eye-eye interaction between the "opponents".
Concerning ambiguity: Without a single person in headstand there is no chance for ambiguity. ;)
But whatever: Ambiguity is overrated.

Neat shot, Stamper. It's fine just the way it is. But I wouldn't call that guy on the right with the tattoos a "winner."
