So let's see some of your 'transcendental' stuff first.

To receive a transcendental experience from any art you have to be receptive, Tony. If it doesn't happen to you, the fault isn't with the art.

Weird, Chris. I built a pretty comprehensive web log analyzer, so I know both sites get a large number of hits every day. Something may be going on with your provider. Try it again: www.fineartsnaps.com and www.russ-lewis.com. They're both mine and both have photographs.

Same problem again.
If you check your logs - do you see any recent "access denied" thingies?

The 403 is an answer of your server not letting my in - I can't imagine any problem on my providers side, since I can see the rest of the web quite well.
Tried with firefox and chrome - both not working.

Did you possibly block any German IP ranges for some reason?

Yep. I had you cut off. Evidently the whole 82.82 URL series was giving me a problem at one point or another. It's fixed now.

Both sites work fine for me.

I took the time to look through just one series on the "Fine art snaps" site: Ghosts. For me that whole series, and most of the individual images in it, give me a strong sense of transcendence. Very fine work Russ. I plan to come back to your sites often, taking in just one section at a time.

Thanks Eric. I enjoy your site too. I specially love the light in SMP 25 in your sampler.

Thanks, Russ. That was indeed a magical moment, on my one trip to Tuscany in 2006, with a newly acquired Canon 10D.
Back then I knew nothing about how to read a histogram, or ETTR or any of that. I'm tempted to go back and reprocess many of my early digital shots.
