Another Gatorboard question
« on: February 07, 2014, 02:01:04 pm »

Friend of mine does acrylic paintings on canvas, sometimes I print a photo and he work over it.
I print the base design on a canvas and he paints over it, normally on stretcher bars.
I showed him a canvas print I mount to a board and He asked me if I could mount on a board and he will do the painting later, easier for him to paint on a flat hard surface than on a woobly surface.

Can he do that if the canvas is attached to a gatorfoam board with miracle muck?
Can he do it if I attached on a dry mounting press?
Will the acrylic paint detach the canvas from the board?
