Luminous trees
« on: February 02, 2014, 05:47:47 pm »

I got lucky today. A nice snow yesterday but no sun. Sun came out briefly this morning so I went wandering the backroads looking for subject matter before the snow fell from the trees. I saw these trees glowing in the distance creating a nice pattern so I stopped and took a couple of shots. They did not look like much in the viewfinder or LCD so I did not have high hopes. However, when I processed them a big smile crossed may face. I really like the tonality, color pallet, and patterns formed. Hope you do to.

Very fine! Great tonality carries the complexity.

That should look great in a big print. Good seeing!
