Chaos

These balusters were about ten feet apart on the front façade of a building...the chaotic nature of the wind's effect on the snow was interesting.

To me it looks like whipped cream on a birthday cake ...

Without the info I thought of whipped cream or a bunch of old towels left rotting outside for months.

"Chaos" suits these photos very well.
