It's an interesting shot, Todd, mainly because of the partially collapsed house at the end of the street, and the way the colors work with each other.

As a street shot, it's not. There's no story in the picture. The title's interesting, but the picture has to stand on its own and produce its own meaning.

Wouldn't hurt to level the horizon.

I agree with Russ.
I'm not generally fussy about level horizons, but in this image there is so little to get a handle on aside from the lone walker that the tilt feels as if it must be intentional, as if it is intended to make a statement about the situation. But it doesn't help the image, so I say fix it. And once you do, there's not much else to sustain my interest.
