This time it works very well.
I like the moving foam looking like bits of an old perforated-tape and how it goes through the curve.
The sharp sand below it creates a nice contrast.
My two suggestions to make it even better would be to try that in landscape format and show less sky.
I think you're getting very close to something you are trying in these last posts.

Thanks for looking Chris. The pic is from last year sometime, title was absentmindedly written with a recent date. These backflows from the surf are usually narrow, horizontal compositions doesn't work.

You might need to get two of them to work together for a landscape format.
