I don't know that paper is it a glossy? These printers can be hard on pure glossy paper in the larger sizes, giving a scratch or two.
Things to consider, Platen gap, wider, or widest may help. What is the weight of the paper? I can't get any 300W pure glossy to print from my 9900 with a scratch or two, very evident on prints with a lot of black. Where as if I back off to Moab Lasal 270W, I can most times get a large print out with no scratch, with platen gap at wider. If I go to widest I tend to see banding in the darkest blacks.
