Thoughts please?

What about getting a T/S lens?

I love the clouds, but the foreground is rather uninviting. Do you have photographs from other views?

Honestly, the foreground oof is unappealing. I agree a T/S might be good or a wide angle lens from a higher vantage point. I do think this kind of composition warrants a lot of experimentation. Good luck!

Hi Riaan

I also found the foreground distracting.

My thought was that the exposure was either too short or too long?

I think there may have been some nice possibilities with this shot...some great colors...the reddish browns and the grays. I would definitely be in this camp...

. I would have most definitely stopped the motion of the surf decay to get the bubbles crisp. As well, the aspect ratio of the frame does not help..."tall/narrow"...it would be nice to see the frame  somewhat wider...to let the remains of the surf be able "to move outward" to the right/left as they appear to be because of the lens.
