There is some sort of incompatibility between Firefox and the Purple Viewer
Over the course of a week and after three attempts, I was able to establish a chat with the support team.
Somehow they got it to run correctly in IE10. That was several weeks ago
Now the new video come out which I would like to watch.
Same problems, player won't launch. So i try to establish a chat and get a "robro-message" that you will get right back to me.
