Hello:

THE RRS BOTTOM PLATE/GRIP HAS BEEN SOLD, PRICE IS BEING REDUCED TO $2200 FIRM

I have a minty Chrome Leica M8.2 (factory, not an upgraded M8) with roughly 1700 actuations on the body. You don't see many of these in the chrome finish, which I feel is preferred as it is a metal finish and does not easily "brass" like the painted bodies. Some things of note about the M8.2: They have the preferred heavier grip material on the body, the chrome version is a metal finish while the silver M9 is paint (you have to buy the special edition M9 P to get the metal chrome finish in an M9), the LCD screen has a sapphire glass crystal covering it that is basically unscratchable like a watch crystal (again you have to buy the special edition M9 P to get the sapphire crystal, the regular M9 is just glass).

Includes original packaging and everything that came with the camera.

I'm asking $2200 but may also be interested in trade/part trade for Nikon DF body. Only interested in like new, very low use gear. Sorry about the crappy photos.

The only thing I can think of that you would be referring to is if it's chrome or black, but it says "chrome" in the title and the description and you can see that it's chrome in the photos. If I'm missing something please let me know. Thanks

Finally broke down and took a beating on the camera at the local dealer. No longer for sale.
