I'm almost embarrassed to ask this question but I am flummoxed by my ignorance at this point.
I am renewing my interest in the 645 format having been a Canon shooter for 30+ years. I have purchased a Mamiya 645 afdII and a P1P40+ back and I have been thoroughly spoiled by the combo's results.
I just took delivery of a Mamiya 55-110mm N series lens and the Mamiya 67mm Lens hood which fits perfectly well onto the lens. I even placed a 67mm B+W filter on the lens and then added the Lens hood and low and behold, the lens cap, a genuine Mamiya squeeze type cap, will NOT fit onto the lens hood!!!!
Can someone here please advise as to the correct lens cap size? Thanks (for your response and for not laughing too loudly)
