Interesting shot. The vignette is rather heavy for my taste, though. I realise you're aiming for dark and mysterious, but I think the shadows could be opened up a little.

Thanks, Jeremy. This is another bracketed shot actually. I intentionally darkened it. I had lots of shadow detail in the original image. I'll take your comment into account regarding vignettes for future shots.

I'd be a bit careful in opening up the shadows. This has a nice, sinister mood, which would probably dies without the dark shadows and the vignetting.

The tree, alone, without the footpath might just be a stronger photograph. Love the treatment.
