Well done. I prefer #1, since for me it has more interest (rays of light, and sky with clouds).

I also prefer #1, not only for the light beams but also for the much m ore interesting sky.

Nicely done. I also prefer the first one because the lights imply a sense of movement.  In the second the lights simply become an overall part of the scene lighting and that sense is lost.

I agree. The trailing lights here are nicely constrained. They complement the sunset and the tower instead of dominating the image. Good one!
