FS: Leaf Mamiya RZ adapter for Mamiya 645 mount backs

Hi all,

I have an Mamiya RZ adapter lying around which I never came around using, hence it is basically new. 

It consists of the adapter itself, a sync cable and a screen for the RZ.
The kit was originally intended for use with the LEAF Valeo 17, hence the screen that comes with it has the frames for that model etched into it, which are very close in size to the Aptus II-6 and II-8, Aptus 65.

I think the retail price for that was about 700 US$.

I´d like to get 300 $ paypaled and shipped anywhere.
