NO, repeat NO, speed ring. Basically a Mola Demi as would be shipped from Mola. Was purchased new by me.

I use with Profoto, and in past with Elinchrom (and a speedlight once in a pinch). Mounting a ring is simplicity. One very nice, well made dish and grid combo.

There are lesser grids around - plastic, attach with adhesive velcro (adhesive velcro+250W modeling light = future loud "clang" - don't ask ;> ), but for the Demi, nothing beats the Speedo for build quality and easy, fast & secure mounting.
