Too much software development and too little photography in the past months, but here's a fairly recent shot with my Aptus 75, Linhof Techno, SK72mm. If someone wonders what I was actually photographing (strange thing, if I shoot in places where people pass by they often stop and ask what I'm shooting, the camera pointing seemingly at nothing :D ) it's the shapes and pattern within the chaos. The subject is better served in a big print than on the web though.

As a view camera user working outdoors sometimes in weak light I appreciate the *working* 100% focus check of the Aptus very much. On all other backs up to IQ series you can't check critical focus on the back itself.

I have a much longer history with 35mm film cameras and DSLR's than with medium format.  However, a couple years ago I bit the bullet and entered the MFD world with an Aptus II-7 mated to an RZ67 Pro II D.  I have to say the files that come out of this back always impressed me.  And, I am continually impressed!  But like was said earlier, it is just the closing of one chapter in favor of the next, newer, better, chapter.
I shot this with the combo I mentioned above....

KPV, I noticed your kit went on ebay quickly for what you hoped to get.  Congrats!  Wondering what system you upgraded to?

Best,

Todd
