That is a very interesting distortion of reality.  Great work! What are you actually taking a picture into??? a wet car or something?
The building is City Hall in London reflected in one of the big black globes outside it. Normally the globes are too dull, but every so often they're polished as here:

You can make out the globes in context at centre right here:

Anarchist demo against Boris Johnson the evening he was first elected Mayor of London in 2008.

No amount of Photoshop is going to fix that building; bet it won a prize.

That's what I like about it. It makes for a disorienting photo. Fun!

Has anyone tried to apply LR5's Automatic Perspective Correction to the building? Disclaimer: if you computer goes up in smoke, do not blame me. ;)

You could "fix" the building, but then you would mess up the rest of the world.

No, it's just the ravaged background. I think you (if it's you and not an avatar) look relatively young and fit.

I'm over 9000 ft in elevation and the increased UV has done something to my hair.

The shadow selfie is a whole new category of photography bugaboos.  I have been known to make weird shapes with my arms to make my shadow look more like a tree branch.

REALLY!?!?  Your arm?  That is pushing the selfie a bit far for even my broad definition.
