Canon ifp5100 Printhead L Check Nozzles

I've had my printer off since going on vacation (I shut everything off). I turned it on, installed some new ink cartridges and done multiple head cleanings, both a and b, and it still says Printhead L Check Nozzles when I try a test print.

Any suggestions?

Now it also want a new maintenance tray. I guess all the cleanings filled it up.
