try finding the cheapest 4.5mtr cables, these are typically the thinnest with the flimsiest connectors. These fit. Downside is that they do not last very long and are very prone to connection issues.
You also might slice off some material from the connector that is too thick. For some reason it seems very hard to find good quality thin cables.
I eventually gave up and got myself the new HB grey connectors. No need to be f----ing around with cheap cables, it is not worth it.
