This is a Leaf Aptus II 10, Mamiya 645 mount, 56 megapixels digital back.

Functional condition - perfect.
Cosmetic condition - excellent - except for a 13mm scratch on the external LCD (not the CCD!), which can be seen on the last picture. This scratch is hardly visible and has no effect on the back's operation.
Actuations - 18,000.
The back was used always indoors and is in beautiful condition. If you see anything in the pictures that concerns you, I can send an enlargement of that area.
Was serviced by Leaf in July 2013 and found no problems except the scratch.
Buyer can add $1000, and then I will put the back in Leaf service which is located near me, replace the LCD and have 12 months warranty by Leaf, although I don't think that's necessary, as the back works perfectly.
