Very nice, I like it !

I like the contrast between sharp and blurred, colored and subdued.
And the stem of the birch brings in dynamic.

I could imagine the image can be made even stronger with some sensible playing in post.
E.G. what comes to my mind would be a selective sharpening of the stem or a little contrast or brightness for the yellow blurred leaves.
But its already good as it is.

I personally find it very challenging to tame the chaos of bushes and other images where you have a bunch of twigs.

Have you tried making it more of a panorama - maybe 16x9 and highlighting the tree trunk and the leaf movement?  Just something different.
