CO Pro 7 cannot import existing adjustments
« on: November 16, 2013, 04:13:27 pm »

I am trying to build a catalog containing the work of previous years.

The problem: Capture One Pro does not import existing adjustments.

The check box "import existing adjustments" is ticked.

I have reinstalled. I have created half a dozen test catalogs - to no avail.

I have even replaced a few of the files I want to import by back-up copies - just in case something was corrupted.

I have one catalog with recent images that works. Even if I import one of these folders into a test catalog, no adjustment gets imported.

One folder out of about 200 had the existing adjustments imported. Why this one? I had previously problems with catalog building, and I had a catalog, which, for example, didn't import the file names of the image folders, and no folder tree was available.

Except for this one folder that was also the only folder that had existing adjustments imported correctly.

I don't think any files are corrupted - otherwise they wouldn't work in the present catalog.

What shall I do to import my work into a catalog so I can have access to it. I need to urgently process a few of those projects. I'm on a first generation retina MacBook Pro with 16 GB RAM.
