Michael:  My first impression was OMG! A shave or.....?  Halloween maybe?

Looks to me like the body part being shaved might be an artery.  :o

Reminds me of the story of an officer walking into the barbers shop and asking for a shave,
threatening the barber to kill him if he'll injure him him even the slightest bit during the shave.
The barber shaving the officer fast, efficient and with the experience of many years finishes his job
without giving even the slightest scratch to the officer.
Finished, the officer pays and tells the barber he never got such a perfect shave and
also believes the barber was a true master not to hurt him at all.
The barber answers with a friendly smile: "Had I accidentally hurt you, the second cut would have been your throat...".
The officer thanks again and leaves the shop, slightly pale.
