FS: Hasselblad H3D39 (EUR 3000) and H3D31 (EUR 2400)
« on: October 24, 2013, 10:03:22 am »

The H3D39 has 14700 actuations, comes with HVD90X viewfinder, battery, charger, caps, strap, cables. EUR 3000 net (3600 for EU residents without VAT ID).
The H3D31 has 36400 actuations, comes with HVD90X viewfinder, battery, charger, caps, strap, cables. EUR 2400 net (2880 for EU residents without VAT ID).

Both cameras have visible signs of use, but technically 100% ok. Available for pickup in Vienna, Austria or can be shipped at actual cost (which will be around 70-100 Euros depending on your location).

I have a question to ask, but I'll ask it in public. I bought a H3DII-39 camera from you a year ago or so, maybe a bit further in past than that. The camera had very visibly misaligned digiback casing, which you didn't mention when we made the deal happen. Also when I contacted you regarding this matter, you ignored my emails. Care to elaborate on that?

Didn´t we discuss this since? Didn´t it turn out that the camera worked perfectly? Didn´t we clear that i had absolutely no idea there was any misaligning if there was any? And what was your intention since? You didn´t ask for refund. Why?

Also you might be interested to hear that i have sold other cameras here and elsewhere and hundreds of buyers where happy dealing with me over the last few years. And in case somebody was not, i not only never refused to fully refund, but offered proactive ...

Anyway: are you asking for (partial) refund a year later or what is your intention bringing this up?

From what I recall Rainer, our discussion regarding this matter ended- because you stopped replying. The only argument you had and made was that "camera is working correctly" which doesn't explain why you didn't mention ANYTHING prior to making the sale about the misalignment (and the misalignment was visible with a naked eye and very obvious).
I don't want a refund, I want your potential customers here and fellow LuLa members be aware that you are not completely honest. As for your super satisfied clients- I am not the only one at LuLa who wasn't happy with your service. Regarding your "happy" customers:

I have no idea how these situations were resolved, but I know how unprofessionally our situation was handled on your end.  Since I'm not very happy how things worked out and since there are other signals there are others like me, I'm pointing this out for fellow LuLa members.. I don't shit on others parade, it's just that what I like about LuLa sale section is that it's a very safe place to buy and sell stuff and I would very much like it to remain this way- because I keep buying stuff I need and selling stuff I no longer need at LuLa. And you are definitely not one of the guys that played a role in this positive image.

I "double sold" the Arca Cube, my mistake. And then - of course - i fully refunded to the buyer!
The HVM buyer received his item later since it was stuck in local customs for a while. Buyer wrote later: "Thanks - item arrived and in great shape" ...

I also sold a H3DII22 recently to a forums member. Slow shipping, again stuck in customs, well received. Buyer wrote "thanks for your help and for the camera!" ...

Please let us know if the H3DII39 you bought from me worked properly or not. Did you need to service it? And if so how much was it? Do you still own it or did you sell?
Thanks

It didn't need service, but I change /swap my equipment all the time, so when I did that, I had to mention the misalignment (because I am decent and straightforward guy, unlike you..) and take a financial hit. So yeah, I'm not very happy with the situation. Two things bother me- the first and more important one is that you didn't mention anything about the casing's misalingment before we made the deal happen (I wouldn't buy that camera if I knew about it, because of jeopardy of potential service needed) and you did stop replying to the messages I've sent regarding this matter. And "the camera is working" is not a relevant point in this discussion, don't you think? It could as well had a misalinged sensor, I'm pretty sure the misalingment was an effect of bumping the back against something.. Ok, I made my point, I don't feel there's need for a further discussion in public.

You started discussing this in public.

Is this the camera you bought from me?:

If so, i say if, i wonder about your description:
"as new" "no signs of wear" "thoroughly tested, never really used"
Doesn´t sound like a wreck to me ... and where exactly did you mention "misaligned" then?

So we both made our points. Taking this any further, won´t help me, won´t help you ...

To be more precise, taking this further won't help YOU, it won't affect me in any way, because I have nothing to hide :)
You can stop 'wondering' not because that's not your camera. That's a H3DII-39 I bought back in August 2011. Yours was sold locally to my dealer (or rather swapped) at a point I no longer needed it, as I didn't want anyone to be disappointed. I had a total of 3 H3DIIs in my history.
I started discussing it in public to make people aware how you do business. Made my point, over and out, as I didn't and still don't want any form of reimbursement / discount for the H3DII I bought. That wasn't and is not my intention- I just wanted others to be aware and extra cautious when they buy stuff from you. That's my final message as going any further is just a waste of time.

Thanks.
