This looks very similar to the IJ Technologies Metallic Canvas. I second Scott with it looks really cool with the right image

Anyone know what media type to base a profile on when using an HP Z3200 onboard profiler?

Not too impressed.  The canvas itself looked great out of the box, but once I printed to it (color and b&w prints) the blacks appear muddy and grayish.  Also, there is a lot of pitting and seeding on the canvas that shows through.  It also smelled pretty bad (not that that has any effect on the print.)
