I like it, but I think I'd crop off the top, leaving it square. The only point of interest in the sky is the sun and it's too high.

I have to agree with Jeremy, the top of the frame doesn't bring anything to this very nice photo. It would be a much simpler (stronger?) image without the top part. For me, the star of this photo is the seaweed "walkway"…
