warm tone papers for custom cards?
« on: October 15, 2013, 05:38:36 pm »

Am looking for some warm tone paper options for custom cards. Red River paper has some really nice white papers with enough weight for cards - pre-scored and sized. But few options in warm tone/natural papers.

A decent heavyweight paper that takes inks well is what I need and am trying to short circuit ordering a few dozen papers from different places, if possible.

Can cut the to size and fold myself if the pre-scored types are not available.

Moab and Crane/Museo have 'natural' rag card stock.  Not sure if it'd be warm enough for you but you
could check Ernst Dinkla's Spectrumviz application for the base color.

(Moab Natural appears to be 97, -0.1, 2.6)  (compare to their Bright w/ a 'b' of -6 !!)
