After dealing with Adorama (and B&H) for several years, I jumped over to 17th Street Photo (one block down). They are a smaller, family-run business with excellent and friendly service. Ask for Dov. For used and specialty gear, I still have to go to the big guys. But for bodies and lenses, and Nikon NPS purchases, I like 17th Street for smooth and easy service with personal attention.
