iPF6400 for $2100. US...
« on: October 08, 2013, 12:45:13 pm »

I'm wondering what you think of this price for a BNIB iPF-6400.
I would be picking up in US.
Regards, Paul.

That looks to be the current price for that model at the moment.
We you looking for the iPF6400 or the iPF6450 (has a Hard Drive included)?  The only difference with the drive is that you can print directly from the printer if you need to reprint without using the computer for the second time or more.

Let us know if you have any questions.

That's a very good price.  That's about what I paid at the end of September and the best price that I have seen in a long time.  Certainly 500-800 USD less than I see it advertised on the web.  If that is indeed the going rate, it's a big secret....

Best Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert, I think that you are right re the going price at this time. Would you believe that it goes for $4.1K in Toronto? Crazy.

Apparently, back in Feb with discount, rebates et al the bottom line was about 1600. That's what I paid for my now defunct 5100 back in '08! There seems to be an over abundance of them these days. :>)

I would wait until the middle of this month or next month as there should be rebates on Canon's end again.  The hold the rebates a few times during the year from gov't restrictions.

Got mine at B&H in January 2013, $1604.00, no tax, free shipping. Jumped on it. It's been 10 months and have had no problems and have been making absolutely stunning prints with this printer. On a side note, I was previously using an Epson 7800.

The mail-in rebates have started from the end of October and continue until December 20th.  IPF6400 has $300 Mail-in

They are more like $2500 WITH the current rebate now. Find them for $1600 again, I'd buy it on the spot.
