I like the first one. Great composition, and the crosses on the near left horizon do it for me. Shame about those mast things surrounding the monastery... maybe you could consider cloning them out.
I don't like the second one so much. I think the composition is wrong... too much subject and not enough landscape. Might be better without those annoying masts.
# 3 is just meh. Poor light.
